A property located on Jesús Urueta Street in the La Moderna neighborhood has been sealed off and remains under police custody while investigations continue. According to the National Code of Criminal Procedure, detainees are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a sentence issued by a judge.

During the operation, which took place without incidents of violence and respecting the human rights of those involved, two men, aged 46 and 35, were arrested. At the scene, 90 doses of apparent cocaine, 99 doses of possible crystal, approximately 500 grams of bulk marijuana, a short firearm, a magazine with 10 useful cartridges, two cell phones, and an identification were found.

The detainees were informed of their constitutional rights and transferred along with the seized items to the Prosecutor's Office, where their legal situation will be defined. The evidence collected was presented by a prosecutor from the FGJ to a Control Judge, who granted the order to intervene in the located property, leading to a coordinated operation.

The operation was carried out in collaboration with the Citizen Security Secretariat (SSC) and the General Prosecutor's Office (FGJ) of Mexico City, as well as the National Defense Secretariat (SEDENA) and the National Guard (GN). The arrest resulted from the execution of a search warrant at a property allegedly used for the storage and packaging of narcotics, following an investigation into the sale and distribution of drugs.
